Welcome to the TKE Virginia Province, the network of Teke Volunteers for the Virginia Chapters of Tau Kappa Epsilon. The Province Advisors visit chapters and provide assistance in chapter operations and are a permanent communication link between chapter and the Teke Headquarters in Indianna. The Province of Virginia is part of Region II, South which is headed by Regional Director Adam Ferris.

Sebastian Volcker (Rho-Kappa 15), Grand Province Advisor

A graduate of Longwood (BA Foreign Language and History 1989) University of Richmond (MA History 1998). a founding father of Rho-Kappa, Prytanis of PK Alumni Association. Innkeeper for Clover Forest Plantation.
Sebastian served as Province Advisor for his home Chapter of Rho-Kappa (2001-2008) before becoming the GPA in the Summer of 2008..

Charles "CJ" Stewart (Xi-Omega 594) Province Advisor
PA for Kappa-Delta Chapter at Old Dominion University.

Charles is a Graduate from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Computer Engineering & Philosophy). CJ was initiated in Teke in the Fall of 2002, he served his Chapter as Rush Chairman, IFC Rep and Prytanis. Charles joined the Province Advisor Volunteers in 2007.

Colonel Herb Huser, Ph D (Beta-Gamma 194), Province Advisor
PA for Mu-Omega Chapter at George Mason University.

Herb is a member of Beta-Gamma Chapter (Oklahoma State University) and was initiated February 22, 1959. He is an expert on TKE ritual, coordinating ceremonies at Conclave and other TKE functions. He has assisted with a number of disciplinary courts and served as a Secondary Inspection Officer for chartering TKE colonies.
Colonel Huser served abroad as military attaché, State Side he taught at the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies and West Point and served as Senior Editor of the Security and Defense Studies Review. In 2002 he Published Argentine Civil-Military Relations. From Alfonsin to Menem.
Herb was the Grand Province Advisor for the Virginia Province from 2001-2008. Herb remains the PA for Mu-Omega.
Herb has been recognized many times by Teke, here are a few: Herb was inducted into the TKE Oklahoma Hall of Fame (The distinction goes to alumni with connections to Oklahoma who are recognized for their “character, integrity, and unselfish service to fraternity, family and friends,” and for exemplifying the principles of TKE in their community and for future generations of Fraters.) ; He is the recipient of the 2003 TKE Volunteer of the Year.

Ray Williams

C. Ray Williams Jr. (Omicron-Omega 19), Province Advisor
PA for Xi-Omega Chapter at Virginia Tech.

Williams received a bachelor's and master's degree from Radford University in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology ('79, '83). He was one of the original chartered members of Omicron Omega and was initiated in 1977). Williams served as Epi-Prytanis, Historian and Chapter Advisor during his undergraduate and graduate years.

Williams' professional career includes admissions positions at Radford University, Roanoke College and Virginia Tech. He also served as a operations manager for Allstate Insurance before becoming an owner/agent of his own agency.

Williams returned to higher education in 2002 by joining the administrative/professional faculty at Virginia Tech. Currently, Williams serves as the director of Multicultural Programs and Services

Ron “Bubba” Nolan (Omicron-Omega), Province Advisor
PA for Omicron-Omega Chapter at Radford University.

Bubba is Radford class of 1991, he has helped setup the Omicron-Omega Alumni Board and was Chapter Advisor for several years. He Joined the Province Advisor Volunteers in the Fall of 2008.

Jeffrey "Jeff" V. Dale (Tau-Kappa)
Province Advisor for Expansion and Alumni Organization

Jeff Dale is active in forming a Regional Alumni Association and in bringing Teke back to VCU.He has been a PA off and on since 2002

Province Advisor for special project

Todd is from East Tennessee State University.He Joined the Province Advisor Volunteers in 2001.

Province Advisor for special projects.

Jeff Patton is a Founding Fathers of Tau Kappa chapter at VCU. Province Advisor from 2001-2007 Jeff is on the injured reserve list due to an unexpected tripplets. He requested to be kept in the loop.
